The following letter is a Thank You and testimonial to you and
your co-workers!!
The vehicles my husband and I drove needed springs, dash
lights, mufflers, etc. And even though he was a mechanic, it seems as
though the vehicles only acted up in the winter.
My husband and I have never purchased new vehicles! And to be
honest we didn’t know what to expect nor did we know if we would even be
able to purchase a vehicle!! As we have had some financial issues since
we have been married!!
We had been looking into prices at all different dealerships,
the options they provided and made the decision to try our luck at
Ballweg’s in Middleton.
Julie, I don’t know exactly how to express our Thanks to you,
Tom and Dan for all your help. I know that you spent a lot of time
trying to help us finance my husband’s vehicle, but that’s not all.
Jokingly I had mentioned purchasing a vehicle for myself. You then told
me that you would see what you could do. I didn’t think it would be
possible for either of us to purchase a vehicle! And I thought it would
not only be impossible but a miracle if I too would be able to purchase
one.
But you are a miracle worker! I know that you worked
diligently for hours on end not only trying to find the right deal just
for me but also working with other customers, as well. Approximately one
week after our initial deal for my husband’s vehicle. I received a
phone call from you telling me that you had indeed found a deal for me. I
just couldn’t believe it!! I was awestruck!! I had to pinch myself
several times!! And when I drove away in that new car, I felt like a
queen!! And I have to say that I was still in disbelief and I still
can’t believe it!! I have now had this car for almost two months it does
not seem possible!! But it is true!! I just wanted you to know how much
I really Love this car and it not only does it have a stereo but it has
all these other special features and best of all it has heat and
defrost both!! Front and rear!!
Again, I want to express my Thanks to you, Tom and Dan for all
your hard work, hospitality, (as my husband and I were with you for
quite a few hours our first day there!!), kindness and professionalism.
I have been spreading the word about your dealership to all
the people that I know in a tri-county area that if they are ever in
need of a vehicle whether new or used that they should go to Ballweg’s
in Middleton. And talk to Julie, Tom, and Dan as they are wonderful
people to deal with.
I want to wish you all the very best and I hope we can see you
all again soon!
